Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Hi Auto Shop handles order processing, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery-related issues.

1) Shipping Area

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some automotive products may be limited by size, weight, carrier rules, hazardous material restrictions, or destination availability.

2) Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders requiring additional verification, special handling, or product availability confirmation may take longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated transit times are generally:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days, if available
  • Oversized or freight items: timing varies based on carrier scheduling and destination

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and incorrect addresses may affect delivery timing.

4) Tracking Updates

Tracking details are emailed once a shipping label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear after the package is received by the carrier.

5) Multiple Packages

Orders with multiple items may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

6) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

7) Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is damaged, missing, or significantly delayed, contact help@hiautoshop.us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

  • Photos of packaging and product damage, if applicable
  • A short description of the issue
